Uses the same concept as Inactive Tab Messages but keeps it active all the time and doesn't change the tab title.
A section called "Animated Favicon" is provided in the theme, as long as it's included in the template you are in, and it is configured, then the favicons should animate/rotate as demonstrated in this page.
Installation
To install to your own store, get the files from the repository. Copy the contents of the files inside the folder src/animated-favicon which should contain the following:

Other Notes:
If the favicons don't rotate/animate
- Same as Inactive Tab Messages, you need to enable a favicon for the theme.
- Or you may have forgotten to set favicons to rotate to.
